Private Prescriptions

Private prescriptions are dispensed by Two Face Pharmacy and all prescriptions are dispensed in the UK.

All orders placed on Two Face Pharma must correspond to a prescription from a UK prescriber. This can be done online using Signature Rx, for further instructions visit here. Please note, orders cannot be dispatched until a legally valid prescription has been received.

All prescriptions must comply with all UK law and regulations and signed by a registered healthcare professional, who is either: a Doctor, a Dentist or a qualified non-medically trained prescriber, who has performed a face to face consultation with the patient.

The prescribed items must have been prescribed in accordance with all UK prescribing guidance and where a clinical decision has been made for the prescribed items.

Prescribers must only prescribe with a clinical and medial intention.
The products are for use by the named patient only and are not for onward sale under any circumstances.

All prescriptions forwarded onto Two Face Pharmacy, by the prescriber, automatically deem the prescriber to have agreed to our terms and conditions. If we receive a prescription written on a different pharmacy’s prescription template, all Two Face Pharmacy conditions will apply.

For the Attention of Prescribers

We would like to remind all prescribers that prescriptions for any aesthetic product should be patient specific after conducting an in-person face to face consultation and never for the provision of stock.

If it is noticed that prescription writing guidelines are not being followed, we reserve the right to inform the appropriate Registration body. The MHRA and other Registration bodies governing the practice of healthcare professionals have provided explicit guidance on this matter.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are formally agreeing that you are who you say you are, are a registered healthcare professional, have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to use the product(s) purchased safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full professional responsibility for your competence.

You are also formally confirming you work in an environment that complies with Health & Safety Legislation, is clean and has the necessary equipment and facilities to provide the treatments safely.

We reserve the right to undertake checks to ensure you are a fully registered and compliant member of a professional body as claimed: GMC, GDC, GPHC, NMC other.

Two Face Aesthetics Limited accepts no liability for use of the products outside of these terms & conditions.

All Practitioners: Registration and Qualifications

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are formally agreeing that you are who you say you are, have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to use the product/s purchased safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full personal responsibility for your competence.
All relevant training certificates must be submitted via email to complete the registration process.

You are also formally confirming you will not purchase any products from Two Face Aesthetics Limited/Pharma that you are not qualified to use.

You are formally agreeing to undertake a full medical assessment of the patient to ensure that the treatment is safe and appropriate for them.

Products purchased without prescription by healthcare professionals

By placing an order for any product purchased via Two Face Aesthetics Limited you are formally agreeing that you have undertaken sufficient certified training which accredits you to be able to administer this product safely & effectively, are appropriately insured and take full professional responsibility for your competence.

You are also formally confirming you will not purchase any products from Two Face Pharmacy that you are not qualified to use.
