This Subscription Policy applies to all products purchased on a recurring basis through our automated restock service.
By placing a subscription order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. How Subscriptions Work
Our subscription service allows you to receive selected products on a weekly or monthly recurring basis.
Once set up, your order will be processed automatically on your chosen schedule, helping you stay consistently stocked without the need for manual reordering.
You can cancel, skip, or update your subscription at any time via your account.
2. Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we will:

Retry the payment up to 3 times, once per day

If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be skipped

You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to update your payment method
Your next scheduled delivery will resume once payment details have been successfully updated.
3. Out of Stock Items
If a product in your subscription is temporarily out of stock:

We will attempt to fulfil your order up to 5 times, retrying once per day

If stock is still unavailable after the 5th attempt, the order will be skipped

You will be notified by email and your next scheduled order will proceed as normal
4. Changes to Your Subscription
To ensure we can process and dispatch your order correctly:

All changes (including skips, cancellations, or quantity updates) must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled dispatch date
Any changes made after this time may not apply to that delivery.
5. Cancelling, Skipping or Updating
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account:

Cancel

Skip an upcoming delivery

Update quantities, delivery frequency, or payment details
There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.
