Festive Delivery Dates for UK Customers
To help you plan your clinic schedule over the festive period, please review the delivery timelines below. These apply to general Two Face Aesthetics orders and pharmacy (prescription-only) deliveries.
Pharmacy Orders (Prescription-Only Customers)
Please note: Pharmacy and cold-chain orders have different cut-offs.
Last Order Date Before Christmas
- Last pharmacy order cut-off: 3pm on 19th December
- Orders placed by 3pm on 19th will be dispatched as follows:
Delivery Schedule
Cold-chain deliveries:
Delivered on Saturday 20th December
Ambient deliveries:
Delivered on Monday 22nd December
Two Face Aesthetics Orders (Non-Pharmacy Customers)
Last Orders Before Christmas
- Orders placed before 12 noon on 23rd December → Delivered on 24th December
- Orders placed after 12noon on 23rd December → Delivered on 29th December
Service Resumes
Normal next-working-day delivery for UK orders resumes from 5th January
International Orders
International orders (outside the UK) will follow the same dispatch dates listed above. However, delivery dates will vary depending on local courier times and customs processes. We recommend ordering early to avoid holiday delays.

Next Day Shipping Available
UK: Benefit from free next working day delivery on all our wholesale aesthetics products in the UK. Next working day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm. UK orders under £75 are subject to a delivery charge. Pick up available between 10am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.
International: Please visit our US store for shipping to the USA.
