- Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next working day

Cold-Chain Deliveries
Some products require temperature-controlled (cold-chain) shipping to maintain product integrity.
- Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Thursday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery
- Cold-chain orders are not shipped for weekend delivery as standard to ensure temperature stability
Saturday cold-chain delivery may be available on request at an additional cost and must be arranged before dispatch.
